Ihre Arbeit bei Global Sana AG
- Verantwortung für den Aufbau und die Entwicklung eines eigenen Teams
- Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung und Motivation von Mitarbeitenden
- Enge strategische Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung
- Förderung von Verkaufs- und Kundenbindungsaktionen im Team
- Durchführung von Marketingmassnahmen
- Repräsentation unseres Unternehmens im Markt und Erschliessung von neuen Regionen
- Möglichkeit selbst Finanzkonzepte für Kundinnen und Kunden zu erstellen
- Hohe Fachkompetenz, idealerweise mit Diplom
- Erfahrung in der Führung eines eigenen Teams
- Überzeugendes und einnehmendes Auftreten und Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen
- Vision einer eigenen Führungsstruktur im Unternehmen
- Führerschein Kategorie B
- Innovationsbereitschaft und Integrität
- Grosses Netzwerk und idealerweise ein bestehendes Team
- Offenheit für unternehmerische Denker und die Möglichkeit eine eigene Niederlassung aufzubauen
- Interne und externe Aus- & Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten in den Bereichen Finanzen, Persönlichkeitsentwicklung, Methoden und Führung
