Dann werden Sie Teil unseres Teams als Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Consumer Service und gestalten Sie die Customer Journey unserer Kunden aktiv mit Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) Consumer Service B2C Kirchheim unter Teck Ihre wesentlichen Aufgaben: Kompetente und zeitnahe Bearbeitung von Endkundenanfragen über Ticketsystem , Live-Chat, Telefon Telefonische und schriftliche Produktberatung Ansprechpartner für Endkundenanfragen zur Bestellabwicklung in unserem Onlineshop Selbstständige Reklamationsabwicklung und Bearbeitung von Garantieanfragen Abwicklung von Retouren und Rückerstattungen Versand von Ersatzteilen Enge Abstimmung mit unserem Customer Service /Marketing / Finance / Logistik / Retail und E-Commerce.
