Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join their team in Zurich. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, with 5-10 years of experience in the Zurich market. This role requires a sales-driven personality with native German language skills and fluent English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Portfolio Management (50%):
    • Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
    • Provide tailored financial solutions to meet client needs and objectives.
    • Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • New Customer Acquisition (50%):
    • Identify and target potential clients within the financial services sector.
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract new business.
    • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients.

Requirements:

  • Native German speaker with fluent English proficiency.
