Assistant Restaurant Manager H/F

Dans un décor de velours rouge, de laque noire et de tentures de soie, notre Restaurant Tsé Fung vous transporte dans un palace du Shanghai des année 30. L'unique restaurant chinois étoilé de Suisse, Le Tsé Fung propose une carte signée Frank Xu qui excelle notamment dans la réinterprétation des plats traditionnels cantonais.

Sous la responsabilité et en étroite collaboration avec le Directeur du restaurant, votre mission sera d'assurer la gestion opérationnelle du restaurant et de garantir un service professionnel et discret tout en appliquant les standards et les procédures en vigueur.

Vos principales responsabilités seront :

Gestion opérationnelle du restaurant

  • Remplacer le Directeur du restaurant en son absence
  • Organiser, coordonner et s'assurer du bon déroulement du service par les équipes du restaurant
  • Mettre en place et maintenir un service professionnel, personnalisé et de qualité
  • S'assurer de la gestion optimale du restaurant : denrées, besoins de fournitures et matériels, transmission des réquisitions, …
  • Contrôler la propreté du restaurant, des arrières et le maintien en bon fonctionnement des outils et matériels mis à disposition
  • Contribuer à la réalisation des objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs du service
  • Entretenir des relations privilégiées avec nos clients réguliers et fidéliser notre clientèle
  • Apprendre à connaître les préférences de nos clients, les enregistrer dans le cardex-client et les communiquer aux équipes
  • Résoudre les litiges client et en assurer le suivi auprès des équipes
  • Être force de proposition auprès du Restaurant Manager d'actions nécessaires à l'amélioration de la qualité de service
  • Veiller à l'application des standards qualité de l'hôtel etLeading Hotels of the World

Management des équipes

  • Accomplir un travail d'équipe, maintenir une ambiance agréable et entretenir de bonnes relations avec les autres départements
  • Gérer les plannings de manière optimale en fonction de l'activité, du taux d'occupation et des besoins spécifiques tout en respectant la loi et les règles de la CCNT
  • Assurer la formation continue et l'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs

Profil recherché :

  • Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une école hôtelière / CFC spécialiste en hôtellerie-restauration / BTS Hôtellerie-restauration
  • Vous justifiez d'une d'expérience professionnelle de 3 ans minimum sur une fonction similaire idéalement acquise dans un restaurant gastronomique étoilé Michelin
  • Bilingue français/anglais, autre langue un atout
  • Excellentes capacités managériales et de communication
  • La connaissance d'Ikentoo est un plus

Doté(e) d'une excellente présentation et d'un très bon sens relationnel, votre leadership, votre rigueur et votre sens du service seront des qualités indispensables.

Autonomie, organisation, flexibilité et disponibilité seront des atouts majeurs pour ce poste.
