Dieci est une pizzeria réputée, reconnue pour ses pizzas savoureuses et son service exceptionnel. Nous sommes à la recherche d'un responsable manager / assistant de direction passionné de pizza pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique. Si vous êtes un amateur de pizza, un spécialiste du Take Away & Livraison et que vous avez de solides compétences en gestion d'équipe, nous voulons vous connaître

Responsabilités
  • Superviser l'exploitation quotidienne de la pizzeria, y compris la préparation et le service des pizzas.
  • Assister le directeur dans la gestion du personnel et la formation des employés.
  • Remplacer la direction lors des congés hebdomadaires et périodes de vacances.
  • Assurer la qualité constante des pizzas et le respect des normes de service.
  • Contribuer à la satisfaction de la clientèle en résolvant les problèmes et en offrant un service irréprochable.
Vos compétences
  • Expérience préalable dans la restauration, de préférence dans une pizzeria.
  • Une expérience en Take Away & Livraison est un grand plus.
  • Parler anglais, italien est un vrai atout.
  • Compétences en gestion et aptitude à encadrer le personnel.
  • Passion pour la cuisine et la pizza en particulier.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et service à la clientèle.
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à résoudre des situations imprévues.
