Wir lieben digitale Spezialisten. Und das sind Deine Aufgaben bei uns: Beratung unserer Kunden für erfolgreiche Kampagnen & die Durchführung derer. Du bist der Delivery Manager und für "Customer Success" zuständig. Erfolgskontrolle durch Performance-Analysen; Auswertung und Erfolgsmessung von Omni-Channel-Kampagnen und Erarbeitung von Vorschlägen für Effizienzsteigerungen Anpassung/Optimierung von Kampagnenkonzepten anhand dieser gewonnenen Erkenntnisse Unterstützung und Abstimmung mit dem Vertrieb in allen notwendigen Kundenprojekten. Erstellung der unterschiedlichen Länder-Newsletter (für Voltimum Nutzer) Operative Unterstützung von (internationalen) digitalen Multichannel Kampagnen im Rahmen eines übergreifenden Projektmanagements inkl. Zusammenführung aller Anforderungen, Konzeption, Gestaltung und Realisierung (End-to-End-Verantwortung) Koordination von internen und externen Ressourcen Nutzergewinnung und -Management für unser Portal und Social-Media-Kanäle Koordination und Steuerung von Agenturen, Freelancern und weiteren externen Dienstleistern
Das bringst du mit: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Medien oder Kommunikation bzw. vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Marketingschwerpunkt erste Erfahrung im B2B Marketing sowie Multi-Channel Campaign Management wünschenswert Sehr gute PowerPoint- und Excel-Kenntnisse Digitale Tools werden locker gemanagt Ergebnisorientierung, Kommunikations- und Organisationsstärke Effizienter Kommunikator, der in einem internationalen Team zusammenarbeiten kann Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Englisch ist Unternehmenssprache; im deutschen Team reden wir Deutsch); gerne auch andere Sprachen zusätzlich (Türkisch; Polnisch)
