Voltimum durchläuft derzeit eine aufregende Phase der Transformation mit einem erweiterten digitalen (Daten-)Produktportfolio, das innovative IT-, Software- und Datenlösungen für die führenden Unternehmen der Elektroindustrie und des Elektrogroßhandels umfasst.

Voltimum wird von weltbekannten Unternehmen der Elektroindustrie wie Schneider Electric, Signify, ABB und Nexans unterstützt und hat seinen Hauptsitz in Genf sowie Büros in Heidelberg, London, Mailand, Stockholm, Sao Paulo und Kiew

Wir suchen digitale Köpfe, die uns bei den unterschiedlichen Kundenprojekten unterstützen. Du musst KEIN Elektroindustrie-Spezialist (m/w/d) sein. Wir lieben digitale Spezialisten. Deine Rolle ist im Marketing / Customer Success Management / Sales angesiedelt. Und das sind Deine Aufgaben bei uns.

Wir haben eine aufregende Stelle im Customer Success / Marketing /Sales Team bei einem der besten Arbeitgeber Deutschlands zu besetzen. In dieser Position wirst du wertvolle Praxiserfahrung im Umgang mit verschiedenen Kundinnen und Kunden sammeln und dabei aktiv zum Erfolg beitragen. Dein Engagement und dein Mitdenken sind gefragt, da du die Möglichkeit hast, Verantwortung zu übernehmen. Hierbei unterstützt Du die Kunden in der Türkei bei Kampagnen und anderen Marketing-Aktiväten. Du hilfst auch neue Kunden zu gewinnen.

Weitere Aufgaben:

Erfolgskontrolle durch Performance-Analysen; Auswertung und Erfolgsmessung von Omni-Channel-Kampagnen und Erarbeitung von Vorschlägen für Effizienzsteigerungen Anpassung/Optimierung von Kampagnenkonzepten anhand dieser gewonnenen Erkenntnisse Unterstützung und Abstimmung mit dem Vertrieb in allen notwendigen Kundenprojekten. Erstellung des türkischen Newsletters (für Voltimum Nutzer) Operative Unterstützung von (internationalen) digitalen Multichannel Kampagnen im Rahmen eines übergreifenden Projektmanagements inkl. Zusammenführung aller Anforderungen, Konzeption, Gestaltung und Realisierung (End-to-End-Verantwortung) Koordination von internen und externen Ressourcen Nutzergewinnung und -Management für unser Portal und Social-Media-Kanäle Koordination und Steuerung von Agenturen, Freelancern und weiteren externen Dienstleistern  

Wir bieten flexible Arbeitszeiten für eine Wochenarbeitszeit von 15 bis 20 Stunden, um eine optimale Work-Life-Balance zu ermöglichen.

Auch wenn Du noch nicht alle Aufgaben kannst, wir helfen Dir beim Erlernen. ONE TEAM

Du hast das dritte Bachelorsemester abgeschlossen und bist noch mindestens ein Jahr in einem kaufmännischen oder anderen relevanten Studium immatrikuliert. Du hast Lust auf die volle Bandbreite vertrieblicher Themen und möchtest vor allem in puncto nachhaltigen Marketing & Customer-Relationship-Managements Erfahrungen sammeln. Du konntest dein Organisationstalent und deine Kommunikationsstärke schon oft unter Beweis stellen. Ausgezeichnete Türkisch- und Deutschkenntnisse sind ein MUSS Darauf kannst Du Dich freuen: Du bekommst wertvolle Einblicke in das Kundenmanagement bei einem der besten Arbeitgeber Deutschlands und lernst bei uns einiges, was du nach deinem Studium für einen erfolgreichen Einstieg im Bereich Vertrieb brauchst Du bist ein vollwertiges Mitglied unseres dynamischen und motivierten Teams und übernimmst verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben Du kannst dich individuell entfalten.
