Teoxane Laboratories were established in Geneva, Switzerland, in 2003. They are specialized in the design and manufacturing of hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers and dermocosmetics. Teoxane strength is to offer a global patient care. Using its products, practitioners are able to fill all kinds of wrinkles, from the finest to the deepest, to restore youthful volume to the face, and to treat the neck and décolleté, with natural results. The strength of Teoxane is also its human size and independence. Teoxane has a total freedom of thoughts, action and innovation which makes the company unique.

In the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for a :

Dermocosmetics Medico-Marketing Manager

Main activities

Product Development :

  • In collaboration with the Marketing Development Manager, lead all phases related to dermocosmetics formulas and clinical studies development
  • Survey competitive landscape to develop best-in-class products by identifying trends and emerging competitors
  • Design theoretical formulas based on marketing briefs, scientific literature and a thorough analysis of the competitive landscape
  • Responsible for lab briefs and communication with third-party development labs
  • Lead internal communication with cross-functional partners as it relates to product briefs, formula evaluation, claims, clinical studies and regulatory deliverables
  • Manage daily communication with external partners
  • Monitor and maintain on-time delivery of critical project milestones
  • Evaluate formula submissions with medical marketing team and management
  • Maintain key relationships with contract manufacturers
  • Conduct onsite development when necessary
  • Review all batch submissions as needed, including on-site approvals when necessary
  • Participate in and contribute to new product concept brainstorming sessions

Clinical studies development :

  • In collaboration with the Clinical Developement department, suggest relevant protocol studies to demonstrate the efficacy and safety of Teoxane's cosmeceuticals products
  • Brief external partners for designing study protocols
  • Monitor and maintain on-time delivery of clinical projects' milestones
  • Support marketing claims with robust scientific and clinical data

Medical awareness & scientific support/training :

  • Build out deep understanding of medical, scientific and clinical data for all Teoxane Cosmeceutical products
  • In collaboration with the marketing team, support internal scientific communication (training of sales reps, internal collaborators, and development of e-learning platform modules)
  • Create compelling communication materials to engage HCPs (KOLs, Dermatologists and other doctors) and help them understand the benefits of using Teoxane Cosmeceutical Products
  • Represent Teoxane Laboratories within the industry (congresses and other medical/scientific events) in line with Teoxane brand image
  • Serve as internal medical and scientific resource with respect to planning and developing communications and other materials on product information
  • Develop medical/scientific content for congresses & symposia
  • Externally support physicians, workshops, congresses and scientific & medical meetings (check the scientific content (accuracy of presented data) of Key Opinion Leaders (KoLs) for congresses and medical events)
  • Present data on company products to HCPs, academic institutions, researchers, and other health care professionals (training of KoLs on Teoxane portfolio science to ensure awareness around new indications, identify educational and awareness opportunities and, communicate follow-up activities)
  • Actively participate in Advisory Boards with HCPs as required
  • E-learning and Medical Education platform development
  • Maintain contact with KoLs in the market area

Your profile

  • We are looking for a scientific/medical candidate (Pharm D, MD, Master in Science, Master in Cosmetics Formulation) with at least 3+ years in skincare development and medical-marketing projects management. Experience in the cosmeceutical field would be preferable
  • Expertise in cosmetics formulation would be preferable
  • Expertise in turning complex scientific materials into compelling, easy to follow narratives
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills; strong presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly with multiple cross-functional internal stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills, high level of ethics and integrity
  • Efficiently manage time, planning and priorities
  • Ability to establish and maintain confident relationships with top KOLs
  • Customer & Service oriented, team spirit
  • Fluent French and English both written and oral
