Nous recherchons un(e) Technical Support Specialist (h/f) pour notre équipe opérationnelle à Saint-Sulpice (CH-Vaud). Nous proposons un contrat à durée indéterminée et à temps plein chez Cleanmail AG (CH). Vous souhaitez participer et contribuer au développement de notre société et de ses offres, tout en vous faisant plaisir dans votre travail et en développant votre projet
professionnel ?

Vos missions
  • Rapports au COO du groupe
  • Assurer la satisfaction des clients
  • Gérer les installations de service et les mises à niveau
  • Suivre les demandes des clients à l'aide du système de ticketing conformément aux SLA.
  • Gérer les demandes L1 et 2 des clients par e-mail ou par téléphone concernant les services de messagerie (recherche dans les journaux, analyse du routage des e-mails).
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des solutions et de l'expérience client.
  • Participation à la sensibilisation anti-spam/anti-virus
  • Contribution à l'enrichissement de la base de connaissances

  • Curiosité intellectuelle, notamment en ce qui concerne les nouvelles technologies

  • Environnement Windows (client), messagerie (Outlook, Thunderbird, smartphones), serveur de messagerie Exchange
  • Protocoles de messagerie et services Internet (DNS, sécurité, routage)
  • MySQL, langage SQL, Linux et ligne de commande sont les bienvenus.
  • Le suisse-allemand est absolument nécessaire, le français et l'anglais des affaires sont également souhaités.
