Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support and Issue Resolution: Provide timely and effective solutions to complex technical issues related to our products and services, minimizing downtime and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Technical Documentation and Methodology: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including guidelines and standard operating procedures for troubleshooting and maintenance, ensuring easy access for customers and internal teams.
