Field Services Role at Nagi Bioscience

Nagi Bioscience is an innovative biotechnology company driving the transition to animal-free biological testing. Our mission is to accelerate the discovery and testing of new drugs and chemicals using microorganisms. As a field services engineer at Nagi Bioscience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of our products and delivering exceptional customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support and Issue Resolution: Provide timely and effective solutions to complex technical issues related to our products and services, minimizing downtime and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Documentation and Methodology: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including guidelines and standard operating procedures for troubleshooting and maintenance, ensuring easy access for customers and internal teams.
  • Field Services and Maintenance: Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance on our products installed at customer sites to ensure their longevity and optimal performance.
  • Customer Training and Support: Deliver on-site training and guidance to customers on the proper use and maintenance of our products, helping them understand best practices and avoid future issues.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Technical Background: Technician diploma or equivalent certification in a relevant field (mechanical, electrical, electronics, etc.).
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a field service engineer, engineer support specialist, or similar role in a related industry.
  • Technical Aptitude and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
