Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ICT Technical Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding business objectives and determining appropriate technical solutions.

The ICT Technical Advisor will maintain relationships with ICT partners and ensure efficient communication. They will also draft technical documents, including descriptions, drawings, or maps, and coordinate with the ICT Technical Solutions Manager and partners to allocate resources and ensure project deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Network Infrastructure development and a deep understanding of Networking and IP transport. They will also have experience with SLA-based service delivery and operational metrics, as well as excellent communication, collaboration, and customer engagement skills.

The ICT Technical Advisor will work closely with the InfoSec Team to support local audits during events and help improve technical operations and the competencies of the technical teams. They will also contribute to the continuous improvement of ICT services by monitoring key performance indicators and trends.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in Network Infrastructure development
  • Strong knowledge of Networking and IP transport
  • Familiarity with InfoSec principles and best practices
  • Experience with SLA-based service delivery and operational metrics
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer engagement skills
  • Proven problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Network certification (e.g., CCNP Routing and Switching) is a plus
  • Fluent in English; good level of French
  • Event experience is an advantage
  • Criminal record not older than 3 months
