Tasks and Responsibilities
Understand business objectives and determine appropriate technical solutions. Maintain relationships with ICT partners and ensure efficient communication. Draft technical documents, including descriptions, drawings, or maps. Coordinate with the ICT Technical Solutions Manager and partners to allocate resources and ensure project deadlines are met. Identify and resolve recurring technical issues to improve service quality. Provide onsite support during events for ICT partners in case of incidents. Support the InfoSec Team with local audits during events. Help improve technical operations and the competencies of the technical teams. Contribute to the continuous improvement of ICT services by monitoring key performance indicators and trends.Requirements
4+ years of experience in Network Infrastructure development. Strong knowledge of Networking and IP transport. Familiarity with InfoSec principles and best practices. Experience with SLA-based service delivery and operational metrics. Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer engagement skills. Proven problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Network certification (, CCNP Routing and Switching) is a plus. Fluent in English; good level of French. Event experience is an advantage. Criminal record not older than 3 months.Benefits
