ICT Technical Advisor

• Understand business objectives and determine appropriate technical solutions.
• Maintain relationships with ICT partners and ensure efficient communication.
• Draft technical documents, including descriptions, drawings, or maps.
• Coordinate with the ICT Technical Solutions Manager and partners to allocate resources and ensure project deadlines are met.
• Identify and resolve recurring technical issues to improve service quality.
• Provide onsite support during events for ICT partners in case of incidents.
• Support the InfoSec Team with local audits during events.
• Help improve technical operations and the competencies of the technical teams.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of ICT services by monitoring key performance indicators and trends.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Network Infrastructure development.
• Strong knowledge of Networking and IP transport.
• Familiarity with InfoSec principles and best practices.
• Experience with SLA-based service delivery and operational metrics.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer engagement skills.
• Proven problem-solving, analytical, and organizational abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Network certification (e.g., CCNP Routing and Switching) is a plus.
• Fluent in English; good level of French.
• Event experience is an advantage.
• Criminal record not older than 3 months.
