THE ROLE:

SENIOR TRADE MARKETING MANAGERRO

You will be responsible for leading Clairol Innovation Design from Trade Marketing side and translating it into compelling category growth stories for our retail partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

KEY DELIVERABLES:

Key annual base business deliverables Lead Global Hair Color Category Success Model (playbook) creation and support to the markets in adapting it to the local needs. Lead Global Hair Color Category Instore Vision. Main objective of the instore vision is to propose a data-based and shopper insights-based way of arranging hair color category on the shelves of our retail partners to maximize total category value sales and profitability. Lead Hair Color Category Growth Story update. Main objective of the CGS is to create a total category pitch to our retail partners so that they could maximize its sell-out and profitability. Key Innovation-level deliverables Lead Concept Sell creation for every upcoming WELLA Co innovation in hair color category in mass retail channels. Concept sell is the innovation pitch to our retail partners that needs to demonstrate how every WELLA innovation will help increasing category value either via attracting new shoppers, or making current shoppers shop more/spend more. This task requires close collaboration and leadership of the global multifunctional team (marketing, R&D, Supply Chain. Finance) and close partnership with the commercial teams in the markets. Lead Go To Market strategy for every WELLA Co innovation in hair color category in mass retail channels. This includes 5P strategy and channel strategy development to maximise value creation for WELLA Co with every innovation. Lead Fit For Use process to enable effective global-local engagement and high commercial readiness for every WELLA Co innovation in hair color category in mass retail channel.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years of experience in Trade Marketing / Sales / Brand Management role (Beauty / Cosmetics experience is a plus) Excellent understanding of retail: pricing, promotion, distribution, merchandising Experience in working with top global mass retailers (focus on US and UK) Both local and international experience an advantage Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize effectively and work under pressure. Highly detailed with strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to develop effective working relationships, both internally & externally Demonstrates a proactive attitude and flexible approach. Degree in related discipline or equivalent High level of numeracy and excellent PC skills Able to demonstrate a creative flair and a passion for the brands
