Global Compensation Senior Manager

Key responsibilities will include providing guidance and consultation to the global HR community on various compensation topics, managing and collaborating on Wella's global compensation plans, implementing pay equity programs, and maintaining salary ranges and benchmarking. Additionally, the Global Compensation Senior Manager will be responsible for grading and job catalog management, ad-hoc compensation solutions support, system enhancements, and global sales compensation management.
Requirements for this role include 8-10 years of relevant experience in compensation, particularly in progressive and global organizations. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and collaborator with the ability to understand global cultures and influence others. They will also possess the ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and results-driven.
