About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Key Account Manager to join our team at Wella. As a Junior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales with Swiss Premium Retail / Perfumeries / Pharmacies for the OPI / GHD / Wella Care brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the commercial relationship with the National Sales leader to grow turnover & gross margin of existing customers and acquire new points of sale.
- Develop sales forecasts by customer and product line.
- Implement investment plans, promotions, pricing, and merchandising strategies in each store.
- Analyze distribution development, sales, and customer KPIs.
- Regularly visit customers to sell our range, collections, and innovations.
- Collaborate with other departments, including Marketing, Trade Marketing, Customer Service, and sales force.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and budget management.
- Prepare annual reviews.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience negotiating with Swiss retailers, preferably in the beauty / cosmetics category.
- Knowledge of the Swiss retail landscape.
- Fluency in English, French, and German.
- Sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make internal recommendations.
- MS Office knowledge, especially Excel.
- Results-oriented, agile, and pragmatic working style.
