Application Flow Monitoring Specialist

We are seeking a talented Application Flow Monitoring Specialist to join our Data Integration Team. This role is critical for ensuring the optimal performance and observability of our application flows, leveraging state-of-the-art monitoring tools and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Define the logical and physical architecture for monitoring and observability of application flows. Set up and configure the Elastic APM platform to ensure robust and effective monitoring. Implement technical and business dashboards to support the three levels of support teams.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience with the Elastic platform, including Elastic APM and Kibana. Strong understanding of monitoring architecture and observability best practices. Proven experience in setting up and configuring Elastic APM. Ability to create and manage technical and business dashboards for diverse support teams. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in data integration and monitoring tools. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Experience in a banking or financial services environment is a plus.
