Votre mission
Chez WELO, chaque collaborat·eur·rice contribue à la conception de l’expérience client et leur satisfaction. Vous alternerez entre la partie prospection vente et la conduite de nos véhicules pour nos différents services.
Les fonctions principales de ce stage seront les suivantes :
- Repérer et analyser de nouvelles opportunités commerciales en élaborant des stratégies de développement efficaces.
- Suivre les performances des campagnes marketing et des ventes, et produire des rapports détaillés.
- Analyser les données pour identifier les tendances et les opportunités d'amélioration.
- Entretenir les relations clientèles et en développer de nouvelles.
- Optimiser la stratégie pour obtenir de nouveaux clients et l’amélioration du processus de vente tout en mettant en avant l'image de marque de l'entreprise.
- Contribuer activement à la promotion de notre entreprise à travers du flyering, et maintenir des relations durables avec nos partenaires.
Si la prestation de chauffeur est effectuée en supplément :
- Accueillir les clients et présenter les différentes options de visites touristiques.
- Conduire des balades à thème et culinaires à bord de nos TukTuk et vélos-taxis, à pied et à vélo en animant les trajets avec des commentaires captivants et des informations intéressantes.
- Participer aux campagnes de Street Marketing, promotions de produits, services, ouvertures de magasins, flyering, distribution de goodies, et courses gratuites pour les utilisateurs.
- Accompagner et encadrer les clients lors de nos évènements.
- Faciliter la vie de nos clients grâce à nos solutions de livraisons rapides et durables (charges lourdes).
- Participation obligatoire aux livraisons ainsi qu’aux balades en TukTuk et en vélo-taxi.
Votre profil:
- À la fin de vos études, vous recherchez un stage pour les valider
- Vous aimez la vente, les nouveaux challenges et avez un bon sens de la communication et du relationnel.
- Vous parlez français couramment et possédez le niveau B2 minimum en anglais.
- Personnalité avenante et souriante cherchant à rejoindre une équipe dynamique.
- Excellente présentation et dans l’idéal, disponible tout de suite.
- Bonne condition physique.
- Vous possédez un casier judiciaire vierge.
- Convention de stage obligatoire.
- Permis de conduire B obligatoire.
