Our client, a Swiss Fintech is looking for aCompliance OfficerPosition based in GenevaASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION:
  • Handle day-to-day compliance tasks: opening client accounts and performing daily compliance monitoring and investigations
  • Propose, put in place and monitor controls related to compliance risks, in particular, but not limited to AML, cross-border, best execution, suitability, international sanctions, tax
  • Train and raise awareness of compliance risks among employees
  • Contribute to the communication and reporting to regulatory authorities (e.g., FINMA, MROS, auditors)
  • Actively contribute to regulatory and AML audits, regulatory watch
REQUIRED PROFILE:
  • Law or economics degree with specialization in finance
  • First experience in a similar function with regulated financial institutions
  • Very dynamic, energetic
  • Organized, autonomous and solution-oriented
  • Fluent in English and French. German a strong plus
