Avantor sucht einen motivierten Team Lead Lab Support Services (w/m/d) zur Leitung unseres Lab Support Services Teams in Kaiseraugst.

Es handelt sich hierbei um eine unbefristete Vollzeitposition. Ihr Einsatzort wäre unser Kundenstandort, ein führendes Pharmaunternehmen in Kaiseraugst. Arbeitszeiten: Montag-Freitag, Start gegen 07:00-08:00, täglich 8 Stunden

Aubsildung: Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung/EFZ als Laborant oder Logistiker (w/m/d)

Berufserfahrung: Berufserfahrungim Umgang mit Chemikalien und derer Entsorgung

Bevorzugte Fähigkeiten:

Erste Teamleitungserfahrung erwünscht Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit Chemikalien Zuverlässige und gewissenshafte Arbeitsweise Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sind ein Muss Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift erforderlich Guter Umgang mit gängigen Microsoft Office-Tools Kenntnis der Verhaltensregeln in Laborgebäuden (Gesundheit, Sicherheit, Umwelt)

Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie

Bestandsauffüllung, Lieferung, Abholung, Abfallentsorgung, Autoklavierung und Glaswäsche Bestellung von Reinigungs-und sonstigen Labormitteln und Warenentnahme Qualifizierte Entsorgung von Chemikalien und anderem Laborabfall (Karton, Glas, etc…) Verteilung von Muster, Behälter und Glaswaren im Labor Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Lab Support Teams - Einhaltung der KPIs und Sicherstellung des richtigen Trainingstandes Einhaltung der Standardarbeitsanweisungen und regulatorischen Anforderungen
