Aufgaben

Für unseren Kunden am Standort Basel suchen wir zum baldigen Start einen Team Leader Lab Services (w/m/d).

In dieser Stelle sind sie vorwiegend im operativen Tagesgeschäft tätig und übernehmen zugleich die disziplinarische Leitung unserer On-Site Associates im Bereich Inventory Management.

**Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie**:

- Kontrolle, Nachbestellung und Lagermanagement von Labormaterialien/Chemikalien
- Registrierung von Chemikalien und Führen von Gefahrstoffkatastern
- PoU-Bewirtschaftung
- Fachgerechte Entsorgung von Labormaterialien und Chemikalien
- Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit Kundenmitarbeitern vor Ort zur Priorisierung und Optimierung der Tätigkeiten
- Sie agieren als Teamleiter für unsere On-Site Lab Services Associates und sind u.A. für die Zeiterfassung, Einsatzplanung, Zielsetzung, Mentoring, Beurteilung und Rekrutierung der Teammitglieder zuständig
- Die Überwachung der Team-KPIs und ständige Qualitätssicherung zur Sicherstellung eines hohen Serviceniveaus gegenüber unserem Kunden
- Bearbeitung und Behebung von Kundenanfragen oder auftretetenden Problemen
- Erstellen und Überprüfen von Arbeitsanweisungen / SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures) der verschiedenen Labor Service Tätigkeiten.

Qualifikation

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemikant (m/w/d), Laborant (m/w/d), Labortechniker oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung in einem naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich
- Mindestens 4-5 Jahre Arbeitserfahrung aus einer Laborumgebung sowie erste Teamleitungserfahrung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in GMP/GLP
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit dem Microsoft-Office Paket, Google Suite Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1-C2) und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kenntnis der Verhaltensregeln in Laborgebäuden (Gesundheit, Sicherheit, Umwelt)
- Sie haben immer ein offenes Ohr für die Bedürfnisse des Laborpersonals des Kunden und überzeugen durch Ihre ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Ihre kommunikativen und organisatorischen Fähigkeiten. Sie sind eine unabhängige und eigenverantwortliche Person, die sich der Verantwortung im Umgang mit Laborgeräten bewusst ist.
- Kritisches Hinterfragen bestehender Prozesse und Einbringen von Ideen zur Prozessoptimierung in Bezug auf Qualität und Quantität.
