**Flex Team Member in Lab Support and Compliance (m/w/d)**

**Project**:
For our customer, a large pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are looking for **Flex Team Members in Lab Support and Compliance/Sample Coordination**

**Background**:
The Lab Support and Compliance section is part of the “Operations Support & Compliance” (OSC) area within the “Synthetic Molecules Technical Development” (PTDC) at the Basel location. The department is responsible for “late stage” technical development of our synthetic molecules pipeline of drug substances (DS) and drug products (DP) for clinical studies.
The section ensures key support activities for internal partners such as PTDE, responsible for the development of large molecule products, including parenteral ones. In this context, the section is responsible for the smooth coordination of patterns between the logistics area and the various partners (stability management, various analytical laboratories, production, CSC, etc.).

**Tasks**:

- Main tasks are in the area of sample coordination for PTDE
- Sample acceptance
- Sample preparation (sorting, labeling)
- Sample transport
- Support in the storage of stability samples
- Instructions in the LIMS system
- Review and ensuring current GMP documentation
- Collaboration/creation of task-related documents ( e.g. SOPs) and responsible for their compliance
- Suggesting/implementing process improvements and harmonizations
- Representing and supporting the other Flex Team members of the section
- Supporting inspections and audits that affect the area covered
- Supporting/collaborating on task-related and relevant projects ( continuous improvement, IT and CSV etc)
- Critical evaluation of your own work results

**Must Haves**:

- Professional training in logistics, laboratory, production or similar with relevant professional experience
- At least 2 years of professional experience in the GMP environment and with SOPs
- Good IT knowledge and familiarity with dealing with databases, LIMS knowledge is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German as well as good knowledge of English
- Very high teamwork and communication skills
- High quality and safety awareness
- Very high customer orientation, building and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners
- Very high flexibility and organizational talent, high commitment, reliability and independence
- Passion for continuous improvement activities ( suggestion expected)
