**Beschreibung**:
Wir suchen für unseren Kunden, F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd. mit Sitz in Basel, per sofort einen motivierten und engagierten Flex Team Member in Lab Support and Compliance / Sample Coordination für einen Einsatz von 12 Monaten mit Option auf Verlängerung.

Die Gruppe „Lab Support“ innerhalb der Sektion Lab Support and Compliance gehört zur Abteilung "Operations Support & Compliance” (OSC) innerhalb “Synthetic Molecules Technical Development” (PTDC) am Standort Basel. Die Abteilung ist zuständig für die "late stage” technische Entwicklung unserer Synthetic Molecules Pipeline von Drug Substances (DS) und Drug Products (DP) für klinische Studien.

Die Sektion Lab Support & Compliance ist, unter anderem, verantwortlich für die reibungslose Koordination und Qualifizierung von Laborgeräten und bietet eine effiziente Unterstützung zu den analytischen Laboratorien, dank pro-aktive Bedürfniserfüllungen und kontinuierliche Verbesserungsinitiative.

**Tätigkeiten**:

- Koordination/Mitarbeit bei der Durchführung von Qualifizierungen von zugewiesenen Analysegeräten (HPLC, GC,...), Support den analytischen Labors bei Geräte-Umzüge
- Sicherstellung einer einheitlichen und optimalen Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Geräte-Überwachungsaktivitäten
- Durchführung von GMP Dokumenten-Reviews (z.B. Geräte-Logbüchern und Qualifizierungsunterlagen) zur Überprüfung auf Vollständigkeit und Richtigkeit, zur Beseitigung von Diskrepanzen mit den übergeordneten Dokumenten und von Inkonsistenzen mit anderen Dokumenten in den Anwendungsbereichen
- Mitarbeit bei allen Aktivitäten zur Sicherstellung einer aktuellen GMP-Dokumentation
- Pflege von IT-Systemen und Datenbanken im GMP-Bereich, insbesondere der Gerätedatenbank (BM RAM).
- Mitarbeit bei der Führung der Gerätelisten im Zusammenhang mit Wartungsverträgen.
- Erstellung aufgabenbezogener Dokumente (z.B. SOPs) und verantwortlich für deren Einhaltung
- Analyse der Effektivität bestehender Elemente von Qualitätssystemen samt zugehörigen geschäftlichen Abläufen und Weiterentwicklung eines nachhaltigen und quantifizierbaren Qualitätssystems sowie Prozessverbesserungen.
- Vertretung und Support der anderen Flex-Team-Mitglieder der Sektion
- Unterstützung bei Inspektionen und Audits, die den betreuten Bereich betreffen
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung, Optimierung und Harmonisierung etablierter Prozesse
- Unterstützung/Mitarbeit in aufgabenbezogenen und relevanten Projekten (GMP, IT und CSV, KAIZEN...)
- Unterstützung der Arbeitskolleg:inen im Bereich Stability and Samples Management

**Anforderungen**:

- Laboranten-Ausbildung oder Naturwissenschaftler mit Universitäts
- / Fachhochschul-Abschluss mit Erfahrung besonders in HPLC und GC
- Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit sehr gutem Verständnis der arbeitsrelevanten Regularien (GMP, ICH) und SOPs
- Arbeitsgenauigkeit und Selbständigkeit
- Gute EDV Kenntnisse und Vertrautheit im Umgang mit Datenbanken (z.B. BM RAM)
- Flexibilität sowie Organisationstalent, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Zuverlässigkeit
- Gutes GMP und Data Integrity Verständnis, hohes Qualitäts
- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein
- Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr hohe Kundenorientierung, Aufbau und Pflege der Beziehung mit den Partnern (innerhalb Roche sowie mit externen Service Techniker)

- LIMS Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung im Pharma Bereich z.B. in der Analytik/QC oder Qualitätssicherung
