The Opportunity:

Avantor sucht zum Einstieg ab dem einen Team Leader Lab Services (w/m/d) zur Leitung unserer OnSite Associates im Bereich Laborlogistik.

Es handelt sich hierbei um eine unbefristete Vollzeitposition. Ihr Einsatzort wäre unser Kundenstandort in Basel. In dieser Stelle übernehmen Sie die administrative Führung unserer On-Site Associates und stellen den reibungslosen Service für unseren Kunden sicher.

Das Team:
Als Team Leader führen Sie ein bis zu 13 Personen starkes Laborservice-Team vor Ort auf dem Werksgelände unseres Kunden. Dieses Team erbringt u.a. den nachfolgenden Service:

- Bewirtschaftung und Bestandskontrollen in Lager/ PoU für Consumables und Lösemittel/Chemikalien
- Entsorgung von verschiedenen Abfällen gemäß Richtlinien (z.B. Papier, Kartonagen, Glas, Chemische Abfälle)
- Koordination mit anderen Dienstleistern (z.B. Reinigungsfirma für Laborkleidung, Geräteservice
- und Reparaturen, Versand)
- Allgemeiner Lab Support (z.B. Waschen von Glas
- und Plastikwaren)

Diese Aufgaben erwarten Sie:

- Administrative Führung der unterstellten Mitarbeiter (z.B. Zeiterfassung, Abwesenheiten, Sicherstellung des benötigten Ausbildungsstandes, Schulungen, Einsatzplanung, Rekrutierungen, vierteljährliche Mitarbeitergespräche und jährliche Beurteilungen)
- Kritisches Hinterfragen bestehender Prozesse und Einbringen von Ideen zur
Prozessoptimierung in Bezug auf Qualität und Quantität und Betreuung der daraus enstehenden Projekte
- Proaktive Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden zur Ermittlung und Besprechung der Bedürfnisse; Hierbei gute und enge Kommunikation und Absprache mit den Teammitgliedern und dem Kunden
- Monatliche Dokumentation von Arbeitsleistung, Arbeitsqualität und eingebrachter Verbesserungsideen von Abläufen
- Erstellen und Überprüfen von Arbeitsanweisungen / SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures), Workflows, Business Continuity Plans für die verschiedenen Labor Service Tätigkeiten.
- Strikte Einhaltung der HSE Richtlinien, korrekte Beinahe
- und Unfallmeldungen, befolgen der GLP- und GMP Richtlinien in den entsprechenden Bereichen, regelmäßige Überprüfung der Risk Assessments
- Umsetzung der durch Avantor geforderten Workflows (z.B. GEMBA Walks, ABS, Safety GEMBA's)
- Unterstützung bei anfallenden operativen Aufgaben

Das bringen Sie mit:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Erfahrungen im Labor oder in der Produktion der chemischen Industrie
- Mindestens 4-5 Jahre Arbeitserfahrung aus einer Laborumgebung sowie fundierte Führungserfahrung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in GMP/GLP
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit dem Microsoft-Office Paket
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1-C2) und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kenntnis der Verhaltensregeln in Laborgebäuden (Gesundheit, Sicherheit, Umwelt)
- Eine dienstleistungs-und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten im Umgang mit Kunden und Teammitgliedern
