Für den weiteren Ausbau unserer Private Equity und Venture Capital Aktivitäten, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen Buy-Side Corporate Finance / M&A Analyst.

Aufgaben
  • Aktive und produktive Mitwirkung bei laufenden Transaktionen
  • Erstellung von Finanz- und Bewertungsanalysen sowie entsprechender Modelle
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Senior Partnern von Helvetic Trust bei der Entwicklung, Strukturierung und Durchführung von Transaktionen
  • Entwicklung eines Verständnisses für das Geschäft unserer Kunden, um massgeschneiderte Lösungen für ihre Bedürfnisse zu entwickeln
  • Vorbereitung von Präsentationen und anderen Dokumenten für Marketingzwecke und Transaktionen
  • Durchführung und Koordinierung von Due-Diligence-Prüfungen
  • Mitwirkung und Unterstützung bei unseren Family Office Dienstleistungen
Qualifikation
  • Universitätsabschluss, idealerweise in den Bereichen Banking & Finance, Rechnungswesen oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Corporate Finance / M&A, vorzugsweise bei einer/einem führenden Investmentbank, Investmentboutique oder Wirtschaftsprüfer
  • Ausgeprägte numerische, analytische und finanzielle Modellierungsfähigkeiten
  • Eigenverantwortliches, selbstständiges und belastbares Arbeiten
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und hohe Eigenmotivation
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
