Sustainability Integration Manager

**Your future colleagues**:
You will be part of a growing team of sustainability dedicated and experienced professionals, embedded in the Swiss Bank’s Corporate Bank (business) benefiting from solid client relationships and a strong track-record. The role requires close collaboration and interaction with expert functions within the Swiss Bank (e.g., product value streams, Risk, Finance) but also at Group level (e.g., Global Sustainability), allowing you to quickly build a network with key stakeholders, gain deep insights into the bank’s core processes, and offers an opportunity to shape these processes going forward. Along with our internal and external sustainability requirements, the team and your role will evolve, ensuring a dynamic and exciting environment to work in. This position offers remote working opportunities for an agreed amount of days per week.

**Your skills and experience**
- Passion for sustainability / climate change mitigation and banking
- Higher education degree (e.g., Banking & Finance, Economics, or any related field) combined with 5+ years experience in a similar field (bank, auditing firm, management consultancy)
- Experience in corporate banking, risk management, sustainability or structured finance is a plus
- Successful track record in managing and completing projects involving multiple stakeholders (mostly business, with an understanding of IT requirements)
- High motivation, flexible can-do attitude, entrepreneurial “self-starter” mindset and problem-solving capabilities
- Proven reliability and ability to cope with last-minute schedule changes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a positive personality. A team player who quickly connects with a broad set of stakeholders
- Fluency in German and English required; fluency in Italian or French is a plus
- Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
