Mine Operations

- Ensuring compliance of safe work practices, policies and procedures across your dedicated crew;
- Conducting workplace inspections of all relevant work areas
- Effective implementation and utilisation of the mining fleet to deliver on the mining plan;
- Supporting the mining team to achieve production requirements
- Liaising with other departments to meet overall business objectives
- Harness our productive and friendly team culture through the development of our operators
About You
This role would suit a motivated and experience team coordinator looking to take the next step in their career. You will also have:
- Previous experience in a similar role and environment (Open Cut Mining)
- A current & valid ‘HR’ class drivers licence (Essential)
- Proven ability to organise, implement and monitor multiple tasks
- Experience organising, leading and managing personnel in a team environment
- Skills to read and interpret plans
- A clear communication style to allow you to train and pass on knowledge to your team
