Project Leadership 

Oversee global programs, and measure and manage the quality of implementation (partner and beneficiary satisfaction, opportunity creation, etc.) across all of our regions. Manage curriculum development & program design for new programs using innovative tools, methodologies, and frameworks.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between partnership activities and program milestones.

Stakeholder Engagement 

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners to foster collaboration and support the program's objectives. Serve as the main point of contact with donor agencies and manage partner relationships (KPI alignment, deliverable validation, feedback, etc.). Identify and assess potential partners and stakeholders, including government entities, NGOs, women's associations, ecosystem enablers, and private sector organisations. Interface with marketing, community and partnerships teams to ensure global program visibility. 

Analysis & insight

Use data and feedback on program outcomes and impact to assess the effectiveness of opportunities, and clearly communicate with reports, slides, and visualizations to diverse groups. Synthesize market intelligence to optimize project and program design efforts to strengthen programs and ensure they are consistent with the mission. Apply multi-functional and complex system thinking frameworks to evaluate ecosystems, linkages, and root causes to issues, and explore the dynamics and levers that can be adjusted.  Use data and feedback to assess the effectiveness of partnerships and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

People Leadership

Lead activities to increase the competitiveness of our team, and improve the performance of our programs, and enhance our reputation regionally and globally.  Innovate and facilitate processes for knowledge transfer and sharing across the Programs team. Hire, coach, mentor and upskill a growing disturbed cross-functional team. 

Requirements

6+ years progressive experience in a leading development sector, or entrepreneurial support organisation in running entrepreneurship capacity building programs in collaboration with bilateral & multilateral organisations, private sector foundations and governments. Deep knowledge of our target client groups and donors (bilateral & multilateral organizations, NGOs, private sector foundations, etc.).  Experience in new or more innovative forms of setting up development projects for entrepreneurs in EMs. Deep understanding of finance and know-how in solving the financing needs of beneficiaries through various financial mechanisms such as (Debt, Mezzanine, Equity, including innovative development finance structures, etc.).  A strong network with several of our target client groups and donors (bilateral & multilateral organizations, NGOs, private sector foundations, etc.) and are well connected globally or regionally in relevant development finance hubs. SDG thematic expertise in one or several areas of core focus, such as: Gender Equality, Reducing inequalities, Decent Work and Economic Growth, or Climate Action.
