Program managementEnd-to-end program and project management from curriculum development, and program design to post-program engagement and reporting. Lead, coordinate and train the team staffed for the program.Project administration (contract finalisation, invoicing, budget tracking, reporting, etc.).Design and execute key initiatives to drive success for the program such as co-developing innovative financial solutions to address the beneficiaries needs. Stakeholder Engagement and Partnership Building:Serve as the main point of contact for the funding agency and manage partner relationships (KPI alignment, deliverable validation, feedback, etc.).Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners to foster collaboration and support the program's objectives.Collaborate with the Seedstars Central Programs Team to develop new partnerships and fundraising conversations. Strategic Planning:Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the program's goals and objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between partnership activities and program milestones.Create and manage partnership plans, timelines, and budgets. Monitoring and Evaluation:Collaborate with the Monitoring and Evaluation team to develop and implement a robust system for tracking and reporting on program outcomes and impact.Develop and maintain accurate records and reporting on business development performance, including financial reports and KPIs.Track, monitor and evaluate program metrics and milestone completion.Use data and feedback to assess the effectiveness of partnerships and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.Provide high-quality reporting to the funding agency. People LeadershipLead activities to increase the competitiveness of our team, and improve the performance of our programs, and enhance our reputation regionally and globally. Innovate and facilitate processes for knowledge transfer and sharing across the Programs team.Hire, coach, mentor and upskill a growing disturbed cross-functional team.

Your profile

Your Experience 5+ years progressive experience in a leading development sector, or entrepreneurial support organisation in running entrepreneurship capacity building programs in collaboration with bilateral & multilateral organisations, private sector foundations and governments, or experience as a founder.Strong program or project experience with women economic empowerment, gender issues, greening businesses, inclusive policies, digital technologies, and their role in economic and social development.Deep understanding of finance and know-how in solving the financing needs of beneficiaries through various financial mechanisms such as (Debt, Mezzanine, Equity, including innovative development finance structures, etc.). Experience in new or more innovative forms of setting up development projects for entrepreneurs in EMs.Deep knowledge and experience with our target client groups and donors (bilateral & multilateral organizations, NGOs, private sector foundations, etc.) Strong leadership and management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.Strong project management, organizational and time management skills. Nice to have Deeply involved in and knowledgeable about the startup ecosystem in your country or region with a strong network. You are either a local entrepreneur or innovation enthusiast.
