Your role

  • Are you passionate about accompanying sophisticated clients and providing advice on wealth management? Do you possess strong clientcentric values and exceptional listening skills?
  • We are looking for someone like that to:
  • accompany our "Executives" and "Entrepreneurs" (E&E) clients in all stages of their lives and build a partnership of trust with them
- support in building tailor-made investment, pension and financing solutions in collaboration with team members
- prepare and participate in client visits and events
- ensure the administrative follow-up of customer relations
- answer phone calls and effectively manage customer inquiries
- comply with all regulations, guidelines and standards, contributing to an effective risk culture

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You'll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

  • As well as onthejob learning, you'll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you'll gain a wider perspective.
  • Besides all that, you'll attend networking events, crossbusiness classes and social occasions where you'll get to know us.

Your team

  • You'll be working within our Wealth Management team dedicated to the specific client segments of "Top Executives" and "Entrepreneurs" and accustomed to their realities. We offer a global, objective and personalized approach to planning, investment, financing and wealth transfer. Our advice includes a personal financial strategy and, with the support of our corporate colleagues, a corporate strategy.

Your expertise

  • You need to have completed your bachelor's or master's degree.
  • In particular, you have:
  • good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you're a people person)
- sharp analytical and problem solving skills
- structured work style, confident working autonomously
- good judgment when dealing with sensitive information
- fluency in French and English

  • Start date: September 2024
