Your role

  • Are you able to handle multiple priorities (combination of new and repetitive) with energy and enthusiasm? Do you want to work closely with senior management on driving the business forward? Do you know how to make sure things run smoothly? Do you know how to make the right call in challenging situations?
  • We are looking for a Business Manager to:
  • manage a portfolio of projects, ranging from single tasks to strategic change undertakings
- contribute to initiatives that drive the business forward, aligned with global strategy
- work with a variety of stakeholders both within your function and with supporting units, e.g. Advisory & Sales, Business Risk Organization, Finance
- prepare analysis and make recommendation enabling senior management to take the right decisions
- provide support to management in collecting critical documents, presentations and other communications ensuring appropriate messaging, and daily operational business matters

Your team

  • You will be working in the Business Management WM Middle East & Africa team in Carouge / Geneva reporting to the Chief of Staff. We support the regional market management in all operational, governance, business development and strategic matters. Diversity helps us grow, together. Your expertise
- ideally at least 5 years of experience working as a business manager or in a role which required the above expertise
- very organised and not fazed by being asked to juggle many tasks simultaneously
- an excellent communicator, with persuasive presentation abilities as well as engaging interpersonal and communication skills
- structured, well organized with methodical planning and executions skills
- eager to solve complex problems with multidisciplinary teams; analytical and problem solving skills are essential
- comfortable and confident in taking decision
- a resilient multitasker, nimble trouble shooter and diligent problem solver
