**Your role**
- Do you want to join a truly global wealth manager and be exposed to a steep learning curve? Are you curious to dive into the world of global family institutional wealth?
- We're looking for someone like that to support our team of relationship managers and client advisors in their daily tasks, working closely with colleagues across the bank and enhancing your skills and knowledge in wealth management and financial services.
- **Graduate Talent Program**
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You'll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.
- As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.
- Besides all that, you'll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you'll get to know us.

**Your team**
- You'll be working with a dynamic team of 9 highly motivated individuals covering the largest sophisticated wealth management clients of the bank. The team is structured in “clusters” of relationship managers, client advisors and assistants. You'll be given an opportunity to engage with other divisions of the firm, working with colleagues from wealth management, investment bank, as well as asset management on investments, as well as various projects.

**Your expertise**
- You need to have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- In particular, you have:
- a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
- a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in economics, finance or business administration
- an interest in financial markets, numbers, models and products
- sharp analytical and problem solving skills
- a structured work style, confident working autonomously
- fluency in French and English
- Start date: September 2024
