Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung der gesamten Personaladministration
  • Erledigung der Ein- und Austrittsformalitäten wie Inserate, Arbeitsverträge, Zeugnisse sowie diverse Korrespondenz
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den HR Business Partner und Mitarbeit in Projekten
  • Sicherstellung des Informationsflusses zwischen der Abteilung Löhne sowie Personalversicherung
  • Ansprechperson in administrativen Belangen für Bewerbende, Linienvorgesetzte und Mitarbeitende

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, Weiterbildung als Sachbearbeiter:in Personal und mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Personaladministration
  • Stilsicherer Ausdruck in Deutsch und Französisch (mündlich und schriftlich), Italienisch von Vorteil
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen, SAP und SuccessFactors
  • Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung in einem dynamischen und hektischen Umfeld
  • Flexibilität und Professionalität
