unsere(n) künftige(n) Marketing communication Manager(in) 80% (D/W/M)

Zu den vielseitigen Aufgaben gehören die Mitarbeit an der Entwicklung der Marketingstrategie der Winter Gruppe und die Unterstützung bei deren Umsetzung, das Erarbeiten und Koordinieren des jährlichen Marketingplans inkl. Budget und Zeitplan in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Gruppenmanagement sowie die Planung und Durchführung von Produktelaunches mit den Produkt Managern. Dazu gehören auch das Erkennen und Implementieren von neuen Trends und technischen Innovationen im Bereich Marketing Communication und die generelle Weiterentwicklung und Schärfung der Marke Winter & Company.

Dank Ihrer mehrjährigen Berufserfahrung im Bereich Marketing Communication haben Sie eine profunde Expertise in der Aufbereitung und Übermittlung von Unternehmensinformationen im digitalen Marketing inklusive der sozialen Medien als auch im Printbereich.

In Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern koordinieren und organisieren Sie mit Ihren Mitarbeitenden des Marketing Teams vereinbarte Aktionen wie Internetauftritte,
E-Newsletter, Mailings, Case Studies, Werbung, PR, Verkaufsförderung, Messen, Events, Kollektionen, Musterpräsentationen, Prospekte und Newsletter. Eine ausgeprägte Hands-on Mentalität erleichtert Ihnen die tägliche Arbeit und den Zugang zu Ihren Arbeitskollegen im In- und Ausland.

Für diese spannende Position bringen Sie eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Marketing/Kommunikation/Mediengestaltung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit. Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im B2B Marketing, in der Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen und virtuellen Teams, im Projektmanagement sowie im Online Marketing und in den sozialen Medien. Als gewinnende Persönlichkeit sind Sie stark in der Konzeptionierung, verfügen über eine systematische Vorgehensweise und ein motivierendes, unterstützendes und strukturiertes Führungsverhalten. Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
