Role Overview:

As a Sales Specialist, you’ll work closely with clients to refine their sales strategies. Your role involves analyzing performance, addressing campaign and budget inquiries, and crafting innovative tactics to help clients achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Expertise: Provide expert advice on sales strategies tailored to client needs
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong client relationships to better understand their goals
  • Sales Planning: Translate client objectives into effective sales plans
  • Performance Analytics: Review sales data to fine-tune tactics and uncover growth opportunities
  • Trend Analysis: Identify market trends and challenges to create impactful sales initiatives
  • Reporting: Monitor critical metrics such as sales targets, client satisfaction, and success rates

Requirements: 

  • Proficiency in French (C2 level)
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level)
  • EU citizenship or Greek residency card
  • Minimum one year of experience in sales, particularly inbound and/or outbound sales
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Passionate about sales and client relationships
  • Driven to learn and grow in the industry
