LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for an experienced "FM Corporate Sales - Trade Finance" professional for a well-established international bank based in Geneva. This role focuses on managing and structuring complex trade finance transactions, with a strong emphasis on commodities and risk management. It offers a great opportunity to join a leading institution in the financial sector.

Responsibilities :
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing and developing strong relationships within your portfolio, including large corporate clients.
  • Structure and execute complex transactions across a wide range of products, including Rates, FX, Commodities, and Equity Derivatives, with a strong emphasis on non-flow and value-added products.
  • Act as a strategic partner for clients, particularly regarding financial risk management, sustainability, regulation, and innovation within their industries.
  • Lead the full process of transaction execution, from pre-lead to pitching, onboarding, and final execution, working closely with cross-functional teams across various departments and regions.
  • Drive cross-selling of financial market solutions, fostering collaboration with internal stakeholders to create synergies and maximize business opportunities.
  • Maintain strong day-to-day relationships with internal teams such as Sector teams, Trading, Research, Risk, and Legal to ensure seamless coordination in client dealings.
  • Ensure compliance with internal guidelines, including KYC and regulatory standards, while adhering to ethical codes and operational protocols.
  • Focus primarily on clients in Switzerland, with a particular emphasis on the Zurich region.


Profile :
  • A strong background in financial markets, particularly with experience in multi-asset products like Rates, FX, Commodities, and Equity Derivatives.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management, with the ability to understand complex financial needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial risk management and regulatory frameworks, with a focus on industry trends such as sustainability and innovation.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar sales or relationship management role, preferably within the wholesale banking or corporate finance sector.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to lead client meetings and discussions effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a global team, engaging with internal stakeholders from different departments to drive successful outcomes.
  • Fluent in both English and French, with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of the Swiss financial market and a strong network.
