On a daily basis, you will

Build quotes for the Sales team ensuring that specific terms are approved within policyGenerate evaluation keys for customers wanting to test our productsAssist the Sales team in fulfilling administrative needs working closely with the Legal, Security, Finance, and Order Management teamsRegister and update customer portals, ensuring the accuracy of existing informationCoordinate the contract signature process for customers and partnersEngage with prospects/customers to resolve any administrative-related issuesEnsure accurate opportunity data within SalesforceContribute to maintaining Salesforce data integrityDeliver timely responses to internal and external customers within the established SLAs

The skills you will demonstrate
