In dieser Position hast du die Möglichkeit,

als Project Manager:in die Zufriedenheit unserer Kunden in der Schweiz auf das nächste Level zu heben. Unterstütze schon in der Pre-Sales-Phase unser Sales Team, führe gewonnene Kundenprojekte mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern in dem geplanten Zeitfenster und Budget von A - Z durch, und bringe dabei in herausfordernden Situationen deine kundenorientierten Lösungen mit

Für folgende Themen bekommst du die Verantwortung

Projektleitung für die Installation von Patient Monitoring Geräten in Kliniken und Spitälern, im Rahmen des geplanten Umfangs (Time, Scope & Budget)

Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung vom Projektablauf mit Kunden (Ärzte, Projektleitung, IT, etc.), Drittlieferanten sowie firmeninternen Partnern (z.B. Sales, Customer Service, Applikation, Supply Chain, Order Management, etc.)

Beratung des Verkaufs über technische Realisierungsmöglichkeiten in der Angebotsphase für die Platzierung neuer Systeme

Erstellung von Projektmanagementplänen (Statement of Work), Ablaufplänen, Installationsplänen, Sitzungsprotokollen und weitere im Rahmen der Projektmethodologie notwendigen Projektunterlagen gemäß Quality & Regulatory Vorgaben

Koordination und Motivation aller Project Stakeholders, um die Projektziele bestmöglich zu erreichen

Du bist Teil

eines dynamischen Teams bestehend aus erfahrenen Customer Project Managern (CPMs) in der DACH-Organisation. Euer Ziel ist es sämtliche Projekte bei unseren Kunden erfolgreich umzusetzen, ihnen stets beratend zur Seite zu stehen und ihre Erwartungen zu übertreffen. In deiner Rolle berichtest du an den CPM Lead.

Um in dieser Position erfolgreich zu sein, benötigst du folgende Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Medizin-) Informatik, Medizintechnik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar

Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Medizintechnik und/oder Healthcare IT Umfeld

Starke Organisations- und Koordinations-Skills sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Vernetztes Denkvermögen sowie Kompetenz in der Vereinfachung und Strukturierung von komplexen Themen erforderlich

Kenntnisse über das relevante Produktportfolio (Patient Monitoring) und Netzwerkkenntnisse von Vorteil

Fähigkeit zur Motivation und Führung, auch ohne direkte Personalverantwortung

Idealerweise Projektmanagement Zertifizierung (z.B. PMP, PRINCE2) und ITILv3 Foundation-Zertifizierung oder die Voraussetzung und Bereitschaft diese kurzfristig zu erlangen

HL7 Grundkenntnisse, IT-Affinität, SalesForce- und SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sowie eine hohe Sozialkompetenz

Reisebereitschaft (Deutschschweiz, 2-3 Tage der Woche)

Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
