User Experience Lead

On behalf of our client, a technology company with headquarters in Zürich, we are searching for a dynamic and innovative professional to join their team. Role Overview:


The User Experience Lead will play a crucial role in defining and enhancing the user experience for the company’s products. This individual will lead a team of UX specialists, collaborate with various departments, and ensure that both digital and hardware solutions meet customer expectations and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the vision and strategy for the UX department to create engaging and user-friendly products.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration between cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Serve as a UX thought leader, partnering with project managers and marketing leads to craft integrated product strategies.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle from design concepts to final launch and post-launch evaluation.
  • Advocate for the product’s value and usability to end-users.
  • Continuously optimize the user experience across all touchpoints.
  • Ensure UX involvement throughout the innovation process.
  • Encourage the team to stay updated with the latest trends in UX, design, and technology.


Qualifications:


  • Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in user-centered product development or UX design, covering both digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Proven experience in managing UX teams.
  • Expertise in integrating UX priorities into the innovation process within a business context.
  • Strong analytical skills and a holistic business approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to clearly communicate complex information.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma.
  • Experience in designing mobile and web applications (iOS and Android).
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
