Ihr Aufgabengebiet
- Als UX Designer übernimmst du die Verantwortung für den visuellen Designprozess innerhalb des Teams.
- Du gestaltest benutzerfreundliche Web
- und App-Anwendungen und stellst sicher, dass diese mit unseren Design Standards in Einklang stehen und technisch umsetzbar sind.
- Komplexe Anforderung und Kundendenken übersetzt du in intuitive User Journeys und visualisierst diese mit Wireframes und Prototypen auf Basis unseres Design Systems.
- Du erstellst einfache Lösungen für komplexe Anforderung basierend auf den eingeholten Feedbacks und Usability Tests.
- Du planst und führst die Usability Tests, um Ideen zu skizzieren oder Feedback remote oder persönlich abzuholen.
- Du verfolgst aktuelle Trends im Bereich UX und UI und stellst sicher, dass die LGT von Neuerungen profitieren kann.**Anforderungen**:

- Ihr Profil
- Ausbildung in User Experience Design oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als UX-Designer/in oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion
- Erfahrung mit dem User-Centered Design Prozess und agilen Projekten.
- Du beherrschst gängige Design
- und Prototypen Tools wie Figma, Sketch und Adobe Produkte
- Teamfähig (interdisziplinäres Team), humorvoll und kreativ
- Gute Auffassungsgabe für die Einarbeitung in komplexe und herausfordernde Themen
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise und enthusiastische Herangehensweise
- Hands-on Mentalität
- Idealerweise Erfahrungen in der Finanzbranche
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse
