**Your role**- Partner with a Client Insights colleague to deeply understand our users, their jobs-to-be-done and problems using design research methodology
- Rapidly ideate and produce multiple solution concepts to these problems to get user feedback quickly
- Influence prioritization decisions, break down silos and connect the dots between digital product teams to bring a high-impact journey to life
- Work closely with product owners and business SMEs to understand business needs and the wealth management domain
- Work closely with engineers to deploy quality solutions in production and execute design work with a high level of polish
- Present your work effectively, and articulately communicate design rationale to stakeholders
**Your team**
- You'll be joining our Global Wealth Management (GWM) Insights & Experience team, located across Zurich, Hong Kong and Singapore.
- We represent the voice of GWM clients and advisors through deep understanding of their jobs-to-be-done. We combine this with knowledge of UBS GWM products and offerings to design delightful solutions for our clients and advisors.
- As an experience designer, you'll play an important role in helping product crews design digital solutions iteratively and working with technology teams to implement them.
**Your expertise**
- 4+ years of experience in crafting journeys, storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes that bring an experience to life quickly and iteratively
- Proven track record of using design methods to understand users' problems and working with business stakeholders and engineers to create solutions to these problems
- Expertise in core design skills including the creation of intuitive interaction models, information architecture, user flows, pattern guide
- Expertise in design and prototyping tools including (e.g. Figma) with interest in exploring new tools and processes
- Strong communication skills, both in team collaboration and written documentation
- Ability to think creatively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently (unsupervised) as an active member of an Agile/Scrum team
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
