Through open collaboration with ecosystem partners, we create lasting value for our customers, working to empower people, enrich home life, and inspire innovation in organizations of all shapes and sizes.Job Title: Legal Counsel - Leased WorkforceJob Location: Zurich or Bern, SwitzerlandMain Responsibilities:Driving review on commercial contracts (e.g., purchase and sales contracts)Interpreting Swiss laws relevant to daily business operations in related to ICT industry, consumer business and so on, Providing advice on compliance matters (e.g., labor law, competition law, trade secret, etc.)Handling some simple cases before the court or official investigationsProviding support on matters related to the DPO and GDPRRequirements:At least 5 years of experience as in-house legal counsel for some companies or law firm lawyer in some law firmsFluent in English and German mandatoryYou are professional, dynamic and highly motivated in working in ICT sectorExperience in handling the transaction or issues in related to commercial laws, tech laws, regulatory and compliance matters as well as further areas of the laws;What We Offer: We offer you an exciting professional career in one of the leading and fastest growing multinational telecommunication companies, challenging work and a competitive salary package.
