Start Date: July 2023Duration: 3 - 6 Months - possible extensionUtilization: 80-100%Location: ZurichFor a financial institution, we are seeking an experienced legal counsel to advise on legal matters related to the launching of fund products within the alternative fund space.Responsibilities:Partner with Head of Legal to support daily tasks related to legal and compliance management of the groupAdvise on the development of solutions, drafting of offering documentation, contract negotiation, and regulatory submissions for funds and investment vehicles domiciled in LuxembourgAdvise on relevant regulatory frameworks including MiFIDCoordinate and instruct outside legal counsel Qualifications: Minimum 5 years' experience in asset management, either in-house or in private practiceStrong technical knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to alternative fund structures and investment vehicles domiciled in Luxembourg Excellent drafting skills, communication skills and attention to detail is essentialMust be highly organized and efficient with the ability to drive projects and deliver against set timelinesCommon or Civil law qualified Fluency in English both written and verbal.
