Your Tasks Act as the primary point of contact for incoming technical publications tasks, manage allocation, and ensure timely handovers across teamsParticipate in project review meetings and recurring product meetings as technical publications stakeholder to align publishing prioritiesMaintain and update publishing plans, organize project and bilateral meetings, and ensure deadlines are metEnsure quality of technical publications and electronic checklists as well as oversee compliance with publishing standardsProvide status reports, budget calculations and act as the point of contact for technical publications inquiriesDrive initiatives such as database and specification migrations, technical publications processes upgrade, and modernization of documentation With this you convince us Extensive experience with aircraft technical publications using ASD S1000D, preferably versions 2.3 and 4.1Strong knowledge of configuration management with experience with change processes and in-service modifications .
