- Your Tasks
- Provide excellent customer support for technical publications inquiries
- Facilitate the processing of customer documentation orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery
- Manage customer contracts and data effectively
- Organize and maintain documentation archives
- Compile and dispatch documentation packages
- Assist with general documentation management tasks
- With this you convince us
- Proficiency in both German and English (minimum B2 level)
- Experience with SAP or similar enterprise software is advantageous
- Demonstrated affinity for IT systems and technology
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional telephone manner
- Ability to work with a structured and organized approach
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
