Workplace: ZürichWorkload: 100% Your responsibilitiesAct as the MarCom AI enthusiast: introduce, test, and scale AI tools and workflows to improve strategy development, creative quality, efficiency and insightsServe as the bridge between Marketing, Creation and external partners on AI-enabled processesAdvise internal teams on multimedia and AI-driven content approachesDevelop and execute 360° communication campaigns together with the team, agency partners and internal stakeholdersCoordinate and manage campaign rollouts across ATL, BTL and POS touchpointsCreate and deliver multimedia projects across traditional and digital platformsHelp define narratives, content strategies and messaging frameworksLead end-to-end video production (concept, shooting, editing, post-production)Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager / Content Creator to align and optimise communication effortsSupport editorial planning and ensure seamless integration across all channelsMaintain strong connections with social media and e-commerce teams to ensure consistent brand and messagingBuild and nurture relationships with creative and production agencies to maximise campaign impactIn short: you’re a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, strong execution skills across channels—and the curiosity and drive to push our AI capabilities forward. What We're Looking ForUniversity degree in communication/marketing or equivalent, plus several years of hands-on campaign experience (agency or client side)Proven experience in implementing ATL and BTL campaignsProactive, solution-oriented and creative mindsetExcellent interpersonal skills, collaborative spirit and positive attitudeFluent in German; good command of English (French a plus)Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and common multimedia tools (advantageous)Solid understanding of AI tools and processes (e.g. generative AI, automation, content augmentation, research workflows)Willingness and ability to expand AI expertise and drive AI adoption within the team What We OfferA dynamic environment with a unique start-up spirit where initiative is valuedCompetitive salary with annual bonusAttractive pension schemeFlexible working hours and 5 weeks of vacationModern, ergonomic workplaceVarious additional company benefitsFree mobile subscription and discounts on Salt products jida56590ca jit0104a jiy26a
