**Responsibilities**
- Look after creative approvals and the correct deployment of executions both on/offline.
- Execute and manage social media campaigns from strategy, governance, and execution.
- Work closely with the internal stakeholders and content marketing team to develop
integrated and data-driven assets.
- Work closely with the data experts to derive insights from testing and optimization activities.
- Translate corporate and financial contents into engaging content for various platforms, e.g.
influencers, social and more.
- Support the piloting and implementation of new channels and tools.
- Offer guidance and advisory to divisional marketing on campaigns across channels.
- Supporting divisional campaigns’ brand compliance and adherence to Marketing Communications Governance.

**Qualifications**
- Degree in marketing / communications or any related disciplines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as hands-on implementation skills.
- Ability to build rapport, trust and credibility with key stakeholders, senior leaders and other
communicators.
- Have general sense of visual and editorial communications.
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Ability to collaborate and to work independently with all levels within the organization.
- You are flexible and a true team player.
- You are fluent in English and German.
