Customer Insights Analyst – SwitzerlandLocation:Zurich / Geneva / Basel / Lausanne (Hybrid or On-site)Department:Marketing / Analytics / StrategyReports to:Head of Customer Insights / Marketing DirectorAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly analytical and customer-focusedCustomer Insights Analystto join our data and marketing team in Switzerland.In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing customer data, identifying behavioral trends, and generating actionable insights to improve customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, and data teams to help drivedata-informed business decisions.This position is ideal for someone who loves turning complex data into meaningful stories that shape strategy and enhance customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, analyze, and interpretcustomer data and behavioral trendsacross multiple channels.Developsegmentation modelsto support marketing, CRM, and retention initiatives.Translate insights intostrategic recommendationsfor product, marketing, and customer experience teams.Createdashboards and reportsto track KPIs such as customer lifetime value, churn, and engagement.Collaborate with the data and BI teams to ensuredata accuracy and integrity.Conductmarket and competitor analysisto benchmark customer performance.Design and analyzecustomer surveys, NPS programs, and satisfaction studies.Present findings and insights to senior stakeholders in a clear, actionable way.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree inData Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or related field.3–5 years of experience incustomer analytics, marketing insights, or business intelligence.Strong analytical skills and proficiency indata toolssuch as SQL, Python, R, or Excel.Experience withvisualization platforms(Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).Knowledge ofCRM and marketing analytics tools(Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.).Understanding ofcustomer segmentation, retention metrics, and campaign measurement.Excellent communication skills — able to simplify data for non-technical audiences.Fluent inEnglish;German and/or Frenchis a strong advantage.Detail-oriented, curious, and passionate about improving customer experiences through data.What We OfferCompetitive Swiss salary and benefits package.Hybrid or flexible working model.Opportunity to work onhigh-impact, data-driven marketing strategies.Collaborative international environment.Access to advanced analytics tools and learning programs.Career growth in analytics, customer strategy, or marketing intelligence.
