Primary Responsibilities:Collaborate with business units to identify and define requirementsAnalyze current processes and support the development of potential solutionsPlan, lead, and document workshops and requirement-gathering sessionsModel, validate, and document business processes in the process portal using BPMNServe as a liaison between business units, IT, and external software providersCandidate Profile Key Requirements:Extensive experience as a Business Analyst and/or Requirements Engineer within the financial sector essentialProven track record in agile project environments, particularly in collaboration with technical implementation teams essentialProfessional certification as a Requirements Engineer and/or Business Analyst essentialStrong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, combined with a confident and persuasive communication style essentialSolid knowledge of regulatory requirements, particularly in the areas of AML, sanctions, and anti-bribery & corruption essentialLanguage Requirements:German: Native level, with excellent written and verbal communication skillsEnglish: Very good command, both written and spokenDepartment Activities / Project Scope:The project focuses on implementing a range of AML-related requirements within the customer onboarding process. This includes initial and ongoing screenings against external lists (e.g., sanctions, PEPs), as well as maintaining and updating customer master data. Additionally, the role involves establishing a reporting framework to track and visualize key AML metrics.
