The expertise of our consultants allows us to respond to our clients' problems by providing them with clear and pragmatic consulting advice underpinned with real practice experience and strong professional skills in the project management and business analysis.ELCA Advisory is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to strengthen its team.Your role:As a Senior Business Analyst you will be responsible for the following activities: You support our customers in the implementation of their digitalization strategies and IT projects: You understand the customer needs in order to conceptualize and design the most efficient solution You solve our clients' challenges through a structured approach, identify project risks and effectively communicate proposed remedies; you engage with our clients and their stakeholders to clarify issues, identify problems, define measures and make recommendationsYou conduct workshops with our clients to guide them through the various phases of the projectYou lead the entire lifecycle from business need to analysis to solution design in collaboration with business and technical stakeholdersYou prioritize the requirements of the various stakeholdersYou identify, elicit, analyze and document business requirements in the form of user stories that can be developed using agile methodology.
